The traditional Chinese medicine sulfur dioxide analyzer is a professional instrument used to detect the content of SO2 in Chinese medicinal materials or beverages. It uses voltammetry to detect the concentration of substances in solution, achieving the purpose of quantitative analysis of the test solution. In the process of electrochemical reactions, oxidation-reduction reactions occur, and we can control the rate of electron transfer to determine the concentration of the substance in the test solution. The core part is located in the electrolytic cell. The electrolyte in the electrolytic cell is phosphate, consisting of an external reference electrode and a working electrode. After adding the sample solution, under weak acid conditions, free sulfur dioxide is converted into sulfite and reacts with oxygen in the air to generate sulfate ions. Then, the potential change of sulfate ions generated is detected by an electrode measurement system to calculate the content of SO2 in the sample.

It consists of four sets of heating control units, one set of built-in cooling water self circulation unit, four sets of nitrogen flow control units, four sets of magnetic stirring control units, timing control units, and titration units.
1.2 Heating control unit
1.2.1 The heating device adopts a bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic vessel suitable for round bottom flasks, with high thermal radiation efficiency, low power consumption, and a single hole heating power of 500W; The heating unit has 4 positions and can be independently controlled through a single hole, with adjustable heating power.
1.2.2 The heating area is equipped with insulation design to prevent heat loss and ensure uniform and stable heating of the sample.
1.2.3 The heating system is designed with micro boiling and full boiling control modes, which automatically control the heating rate according to different sample boiling points to ensure stable distillation experiments and controllable sample boiling phenomena.
1.3 Built in cooling water self circulating unit
Closed internal circulation reflux system, no need for external cooling water source, equipped with compressor refrigeration and air cooling dual refrigeration cooling internal circulation system, suitable for large-scale work, with better condensation effect.
The input power of the compressor should be 800W, and the cooling power should be 3000W.
1.4 Nitrogen flow control unit
1.4.1 The host should be equipped with a rotary flow meter that can adjust the nitrogen flow rate through a single hole, with a flow rate control range of 60-600ml/min.
1.5 Magnetic stirring control unit:

1.6 Timing control unit:

1.7 Titration unit
